Lake Sakakawea State Park Campground is a very spacious campground with lots of beautiful scenery. Most campgrounds are very grassy with no trees for shade. A great swimming beach is available as well as great boating opportunities on the beautiful lake. Pricing is pretty cheap, sites are around $20 per night.
